This role is heavily involved in advancing departmental initiatives by participating in, and sometimes leading, high-level project work. The consultant will use accumulated knowledge and experience to assist the team with complex claims, act as a liaison for internal partners, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and assist in data gathering and analysis for internal reporting and testing the claim platform. They will actively suggest and operationalize adjustments to standard work as needed. The position may also involve assisting IT through technical/process flow contributions, defining user requirements, user acceptance testing, and implementing business-driven solutions.
