This Senior Channel Planning & Strategy Manager role is a senior individual contributor responsible for driving the execution of workforce management programs and operational processes across T-Mobile’s retail footprint. This is not a people management role—but it requires someone who can lead through ownership, execution, and influence. You’ll serve as the operational engine for labor programs—owning delivery, connecting cross-functional teams, and ensuring that no ball gets dropped. You’ll partner closely with the Sr Manager, Retail Operations to ensure program execution is tight, priorities are clear, and cross-functional partners are engaged.
