Preferred Q Project/Program Manager with Change Management Expertise Customer Services North America Role Purpose We are seeking an experienced Project or Program Manager with demonstrated change management expertise to lead complex, cross functional transformation initiatives across Customer Services North America at Siemens Healthineers. This role is ideal for PMs who have built their careers delivering large initiatives and have invested in formal change management capability (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, CCMP) to ensure adoption, behavior change, and sustained outcomes. You will be accountable for end-to-end delivery—owning both the execution rigor of project/program management and the people side change strategy required to realize business value. This role is an opportunity to shape and deliver high visibility, enterprise level transformations with direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives.
