As Sr. Cellular /RF Engineer II, you’ll design and optimize secure wireless connectivity solutions with the goal of delivering resilient, mission-critical communications across the federal government. Requirements

  • An active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is strongly preferred (relevant experience may be substituted).
  • 7+ years of experience as an RF Engineer with deep expertise in cellular 4G/5G and RF technologies.
  • Hands-on experience conducting RF site surveys and working with SS7 protocol, LTE Band 12, Band 14 (FirstNet), and next-generation fixed wireless solutions.
  • Possess DoD 8140 DCWF Role 451 – System Administrator with one or more certifications such as Cloud+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, or SSCP.
  • Ability to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up in a mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Use cellular and RF technologies to assess, design, and engineer secure wireless connectivity solutions in mission-critical federal environments.
  • Conduct RF site surveys, measure and analyze signal strength and interference, and design solutions to improve in-building coverage, performance, and reliability.
  • Participate in Agile execution while clearly communicating technical findings, recommendations, and solution impacts to technical teams and government stakeholders, building trust through consistent delivery and technical excellence.
