Requirements

An active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is strongly preferred (relevant experience may be substituted).
7+ years of experience as an RF Engineer with deep expertise in cellular 4G/5G and RF technologies.
Hands-on experience conducting RF site surveys and working with SS7 protocol, LTE Band 12, Band 14 (FirstNet), and next-generation fixed wireless solutions.
Possess DoD 8140 DCWF Role 451 – System Administrator with one or more certifications such as Cloud+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, or SSCP.
Ability to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up in a mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities

Use cellular and RF technologies to assess, design, and engineer secure wireless connectivity solutions in mission-critical federal environments.
Conduct RF site surveys, measure and analyze signal strength and interference, and design solutions to improve in-building coverage, performance, and reliability.
Participate in Agile execution while clearly communicating technical findings, recommendations, and solution impacts to technical teams and government stakeholders, building trust through consistent delivery and technical excellence.
