Job Summary Job Description To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Sr. Business Unit Manager located in US Texas Austin Pflugerville. Reporting to the Director, Operations the Sr. Business Unit Manager. In this role you will be Responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and managing an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training.
  • +9 years of management experience.
  • Knowledge of the MS Office (Excel, power point)
  • Sr. Warehouse experience
  • Operation expansion experience
  • Manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
  • Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.
  • Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.
  • Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.
  • Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.
  • Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.
  • Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews.
  • Coach, mentor and develop Operations team.
  • Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes.
  • Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
