About The Position

As a Sr Business System Analyst- Production Planning here at Honeywell, you will collaborate with and support IT project managers. You will work as part of project management office delivering projects that meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations. You will report directly to our Director of IT, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona or Charlotte, North Carolina location. The first 90 days will be onsite before transitioning to a hybrid, 3/2 schedule. This role will support standardization, optimization, and automation of Plan to Produce (P2P) processes— including Materials Planning, Manufacturing Execution & Quality Management as part of a multi‑year SAP S/4HANA implementation within Honeywell Aerospace Technologies. In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring the successful execution of our technology initiatives. By supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, you will be instrumental in helping us achieve our long-term goals.

Requirements

  • 3 plus years of experience working in Information Technology, Supply chain, Engineering, Finance Or HR functions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Domain knowledge and business process expertise in large diversified multinational companies
  • Experience with MS Office (especially advance level in Excel), MS Project, PPT etc.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Experience with analytical tools like Tableau, Power BI, Python.
  • Proven success in delivering complex IT projects, meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
  • Travel Required: up to 10 %, may be expected.
