About The Position

Responsible for completing process performance measurement analytics and trending analysis. Compile recommendations for process and system improvements based on operational and financial performance metrics, and lead process improvement projects end-to-end for business areas. What You'll Do Business and Strategic Planning Champion Value Stream mindset and implementation to support achievement of organizational goals and solve complex business problems. Leverage strong understanding of the corporate strategy and business landscape to identify Enterprise and Value Stream level opportunities for the continuous improvement portfolio. Develop and maintain strategic working relationships with business leaders. Partner with Leaders to create the departmental improvement plan, based on segment priorities and goals. Facilitate change management work to support business and process improvements and overall departmental/divisional effectiveness. Project/Initiative Management Independently identify and manage initiatives of significant scope and complexity. Lead and coordinate work for projects or initiatives for the division as assigned. Possible duties could include: Evaluation of potential opportunities and recommendations to reduce costs/improve efficiencies Review and evaluation of best or next practice opportunities for potential adoption Develop recommendations based on important industry literature and ensure leadership is briefed on current and emerging issues of importance to the organization. Serve as lead on engagements with external entities (i.e. consultants) and coordinate data gathering, and research efforts based on the direction of leadership. Manage tracking of initiatives/projects for the division and independently create presentations of initiative/project progress for varied audiences, which may include ELT and Senior Leadership. Data Analysis/Reporting Provide insights to leadership based on data analysis, research, external/internal experience, and benchmarking to facilitate decision making and actively manage operations. Lead the consolidation and standardization of data analysis and reporting for relevant business operations. Provide analysis and insights for proposed strategic initiatives by leveraging unique perspective on the end-to-end operations of the segment and/or division. Track and evaluate goal progress, including data collection and analysis of key performance metrics (KPIs). Business Partnerships Improve and strengthen business partnerships and stakeholder relationships for the department/division through focus on proactive communications, relationship building, and process improvements Coordinate and manage vendor relationships as required by business operations’ needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
  • 5+ years of experience in related field.
  • In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.
