Sr Business Manager, Specialty Additives
About The Position
The Senior Business Manager for Specialty Additives (Coatings, Inks & Adhesives) owns the strategy, growth, and lifecycle management of Solstice’s additives portfolio. This role will lead the growth platforms — Surface Finishes and Waterborne Direct-to-Metal Adhesion, primarily defining the market strategy, leading cross-functional execution, driving data generation programs, and partnering closely with regional sales teams and key customers to accelerate adoption of Solstice technologies. The Senior Business Manager will translate customer needs into commercial and technical actions, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and lead multi-year roadmap development to position Solstice as a long-term leader in these markets.
