Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, Management Consulting, or Product Management.
• Bachelor's Degree; MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Strong business development skills with experience in signing software integration partnerships.
• Ability to build strong internal and external relationships and work cross-functionally.
• Experience in developing and presenting compelling business cases to stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for simplifying complex problems.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Comfort in developing strategic plans from unstructured ideas.
• High motivation, initiative, and positive attitude; knowledge of Trades Industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the expansion of our App Marketplace by evaluating, negotiating, and acquiring partners.
• Collaborate with leaders across various departments to inform integration partnership strategies.
• Develop business cases using quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate partnership opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and identify gaps in product functionality for effective integrations.
• Optimize the App Marketplace program for efficiency and growth across multiple stakeholders.
• Communicate product vision effectively to partners inside and outside the App Marketplace.
• Scale team and partner programs in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage partner integrations ecosystem to ensure performance meets expectations.
• Collaborate closely with GTM and Product Solutions teams for effective partner launches.
