About The Position

Senior Business Development Manager - Software Sales Hunter Region: Across USA Remote work allowed Vertical: Manufacturing (New Logos) Target: 5 to 10 Mil USD Reports to: Chief Growth Officer Company Overview: Our client is IT Company and they specialized in enabling digital transformation for enterprises and technology providers by delivering seamless customer experiences, business efficiency and actionable insights. Job Details: We are seeking a Tenured Sales Hunter to join our team and drive sales of software solutions, consulting and IT services within our Product Digital Business Services (PDES) division. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in New Business Development from lead generation to closing deals and have a robust network within the industry.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales Hunting with focus in Mfg Clients.
Proven track record in IT services sales with a focus on software solutions and services.
Strong understanding of the local market and a well-established network of industry connects.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to Travel extensively

Responsibilities

End-to-End Sales: Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing PDES opportunities.
Relationship Building: Cultivate credible, long-term relationships with prospects and customers to encourage repeat business.
Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed assigned quarterly sales revenue targets (recognized and collected).
Opportunity Management: Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely records of contact and opportunity information.
Account Development: Identify and develop new accounts while expanding business within existing accounts.
Industry Representation: Attend and represent the company at various business and industry meetings, conferences and trade shows.
Channel Strategy: Implement a comprehensive channel and partner strategy with multipoint lead generation to maximize outreachNetwork Utilization: Leverage existing networks and alliances to uncover additional sales opportunities.
Customer Alignment: Set customer expectations consistent with Happiest Minds’ service offerings and delivery capabilities.
Target Achievement: Must meet and/or exceed quarterly sales targets.
Forecasting: Provide accurate forecasts for business deals to be closed.
Collaboration: Support other Business Unit Business Development Managers (BDMs) in achieving PDES targets.
Holistic Business Development: Drive new business initiatives that encompass all service offerings.
