About The Position

We are seeking a senior, highly connected, and execution‑obsessed Senior BD Manager to lead global user growth for OKX DEX. You will drive: New trader acquisition via referral, rebate, commission models Affiliate partnership programs aimed at driving DEX trading volume and conversion Activation campaigns, trading contests, and incentive programs to hit growth metrics You will own strategy, partnership execution & trading volume —playing a central role in shaping OKX DEX’s global presence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of BD / growth / community experience in DeFi, DEX, Crypto Exchanges
  • Active user of onchain trading terminals including Uniswap, Jupiter, Axiom, gmgn
  • Proven success with referral / commission / rebate‑based acquisition models
  • Strategic and analytical thinker who can both see the picture but develop and execute plans to drive bottom-line success
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal) for global coordination, another language is a plus
  • High execution orientation, self-drive, resilience, and ability to thrive in decentralized, fast-moving environments
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable optimizing strategies based on performance metrics

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in designing and managing decentralized ambassador programs or community-driven growth initiatives
  • Familiarity with OKX DEX or similar on-chain referral / rebate mechanics
  • Knowledge of onchain ecosystems (Solana, Base, EVM chains) and their community dynamics

Responsibilities

  • Identify paths to grow OKX DEX's users and volume
  • Design, launch, and optimize referral / rebate / commission systems to drive sustainable user acquisition
  • Recruit, manage, and incentivize affiliates to drive traffic, conversions, and trading volume
  • Negotiate and close partnership deals, ranging from community deals to those with economic terms
  • Synthesize and communicate market needs to inform product strategy
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance to align growth initiatives with broader strategic goals
  • Monitor, analyze, and iterate on campaign performance metrics (conversion rates, retention, LTV, ROI)
