SSI is seeking an experienced, independent professional to lead business development activities for our HUBZone small business. The BD Executive is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and positioning SSI as the contractor of choice for both prime and subcontractor DoD opportunities which align with our core capabilities and targeted growth to Federal government agencies. Leading the business winning pursuits with focus on proximal clients NAVWAR, Space Force Customers Conducting market analysis and gathering competitive intelligence Evaluating and managing a 3-5 year pipeline of business opportunities Contribute to the development and delivery of winning proposals Engaging current and potential government customers Managing Partnership relations Representing the company and senior management at events, organizations, tradeshows Investigating partnerships and acquisition opportunities Monitoring and understanding business portfolio and advising operational portfolio manager Recommending improvements and identifying risks to senior leadership team
