We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Agile methodologies, Jira, and experience in managing data warehouse implementations. Role and Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business/technical requirements for data warehouse solutions. Analyze and define business needs, and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications. Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and data analysis to ensure alignment with business goals. Serve as the Scrum Master for the Data Warehouse Implementation project, overseeing sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives. Organize and facilitate daily standups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. Ensure Agile best practices are followed and promote a collaborative environment among cross-functional teams. Track progress, manage Jira boards, and ensure timely completion of tasks in accordance with sprint goals. Remove roadblocks and assist the team in maintaining momentum and delivering high-quality results on time. Work closely with Data Engineers, Architects, and Developers to design and implement scalable data warehouse solutions, leveraging Databricks and other modern tools. Monitor progress on the implementation of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data transformation tasks within the Data Warehouse. Use Jira to track tasks, user stories, epics, and overall sprint progress. Prepare and deliver project updates, reports, and dashboards to stakeholders and leadership. Maintain project timelines, risks, and issues in conjunction with project managers. Promote the adoption of best practices and encourage continuous learning and development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in business analysis, including 3+ years in Agile environments.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator, managing sprints and leading Agile teams.
• Experience working on Data Warehouse projects, specifically related to ETL processes, data pipelines, and reporting.
• Strong background in working with business intelligence and analytics teams to translate requirements into actionable technical tasks.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with deep expertise in tools like Jira, Confluence.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced and evolving project requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
