About The Position

The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for designing, building, and automating reporting solutions across Marketing, Digital/Ecommerce, and Pricing functions to provide actionable insights and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role involves partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements, analyzing data for trends and optimization opportunities, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The analyst will also recommend improvements to data architecture and support strategic initiatives with data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or similar role.
  • Strong experience with data tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening.
  • Fosters good coworker citizenship and contributes to a positive work environment.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • Familiarity with ecommerce, digital marketing, or pricing analytics preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable reporting solutions and dashboards for Marketing, Ecommerce, and Pricing teams.
  • Build and automate data pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources including ecommerce platforms, marketing tools, ERP systems, and internal databases.
  • Create and maintain performance dashboards tracking key metrics such as revenue, conversion, pricing effectiveness, margin, and marketing ROI.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and business logic.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization across pricing, marketing, and digital channels.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data models, workflows, and reporting processes.
  • Recommend improvements to data architecture, reporting frameworks, and business intelligence tools.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives with data-driven insights.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
