We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to support our Retail Pharmacy – Track & Trace (DSCSA Compliance) initiatives. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) while driving operational excellence through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have retail pharmacy experience, strong SQL skills, and a proven ability to analyze complex datasets to identify trends, solve problems, and support strategic decision-making. Familiarity with pharmacy workflows and regulatory compliance requirements is essential. Candidates with an active Illinois Pharmacy Technician license are strongly preferred, as it supports a deeper understanding of pharmacy operations and regulatory standards. This is an opportunity for internal or external candidates to support the Track and Trace program. The role is vital in ensuring Drug Supply Chain Security Act compliance and will be managing which products are DSCSA regulated and following GS1 standards (e.g., 2D barcode, GTIN, EPCIS, etc.). The role will require internal and external communications such as communicating with manufacturers on 2D barcode issues or EPCIS data mismatches. A strong background in masterdata and analytical skills are required to be successful in this role.
