As part of Financial Management (FM) Transformation, the Financial Close team is seeking an action-oriented problem solver with an entrepreneurial and tech-forward mindset to join our team as a Senior Business Analyst. The successful candidate will help drive the FM Transformation vision and be part of a cross functional team that partners with subject matter experts to ideate, design, develop, roll-out, and measure success of key priorities. The candidate will support the team’s Product Owner (PO) by acting as a voice of stakeholders, including (but not limited to) collecting, interpreting and documenting business requirements. This role will encompass driving delivery efforts across finance, technology, data science, project management, and people management. This role is not about knowing the answers, but finding them. The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details on the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site. What you can expect: Work on a small team (7-10 individuals) to help identify solutions that modernize the accounting close process for finance stakeholders Tackle problems creatively, while being curious to comprehensively evaluate, propose and implement new solutions Utilize flexible collaboration styles to build a cohesive team and maintain progress. Build partnerships with associates across finance, data science, technology, and the business Help build consensus and influence key priorities that contribute to the larger vision and strategy Demonstrate capacity to communicate complex and technical solutions to non-technical audiences Evaluate demanding situations, understand the challenges, and take the necessary risks to meet key milestones including making project-level decisions that will be instrumental in keeping pace and setting the stage for future actions and taking responsibility for projects as if they were their own business
