This position is for a talented Building Superintendent Sr, working 40 hours on a day shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with an on-call rotation for weeknights, weekends, and holidays. The role is located in Fairhaven, MA. Requirements

• Equivalent of five (5) years of Facilities related experience required
• Working knowledge of basic Microsoft applications including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required
• Experience with Computer Maintenance Management Systems is required
• Experience with the general operation of building systems and Building Management Systems
• Capable of reading a schematic drawing of MEP systems and construction drawings
• Appropriate current HVAC and/or Plumbing licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Nice To Haves

• Associates degree in related field preferred
• Three (3) years' experience in a hospital setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Director, Facility-Environment of Care or designee, this individual will take pride and ownership of their regional facilities and will provide high quality and responsive support services.
• Partner with support service leadership to ensure collaborating and coordination of the frontline teams to ultimately provide the highest level of service for Southcoast's patients, employees, and visitors.
• Perform diversified duties involving the immediate direction and supervision of assigned personnel and activities including responsibility for assuring high standards and completion of assigned work.
• Responsible for daily operation of the regional facilities to ensure all systems are running optimally and work orders are completed on time.
