This is an opportunity to lead the Centrum brand, a Global Power brand and key growth driver within the Wellness category and Haleon portfolio. This person will be responsible for leading the US Centrum business: building the brand strategy, owning the brand P&L, developing and delivering annual plans that drive penetration, grow share, and build brand equity. This person will be responsible for partnering with the global Marketing team and US cross-functional teams, as well as, external IAT partners, and management of 3 ABM. These responsibilities include some of the following: Build a team culture of performance and consumer obsession, creative bravery, and executional excellence – both with direct report and cross functional partners. Lead Integrated Marketing with IAT members, including Halo content development, focused on best in class digital effectiveness Lead Centrum P&L, including monthly DRM cycle, identifying key Risks/Opps for the year, and budget ownership to deliver annual brand plans. Partner with the Global Marketing team and US cross functional partners to develop and deliver a robust 3+ year innovation pipeline, rooted in consumer and customer needs. Welcome to Haleon. Requirements

  • MBA Degree in Marketing or Related Field
  • 8+ years of progressive commercial marketing experience
  • US P&L and Operating Budget experience within a matrix organization
  • Experience in new product launches/innovation
  • Experience managing strategic development and execution of product and brand advertising campaigns
  • Experience leading a cross-functional team
  • Decisive and proficient in influencing, collaboration and conflict management

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in marketing in fast moving consumer goods
  • Proven success in managing complex, matrix environments to effectively deliver strong marketing plans, bringing together the priorities of cross functional teams and key stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering results in a matrix organization.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness as leader, facilitator, and team member, with strong communication skills.
