The US 7Days Senior Brand Manager is the end-to-end business owner of the brand, driving plans to deliver double-digit growth while helping re-ignite the Cakes & Pastries category. This role has full P&L ownership and leads brand & channel strategy, media and activation, and commercialization. Partnering closely with Cakes & Pastries Category Marketing, Sales, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Insights & Analytics (I&A), the Senior Brand Manager will translate consumer and customer insights into a clear growth strategy, compelling brand & category driving plans, and winning in-market execution. This lead must balance brand vision / brand-building with operational excellence to drive sustainable growth. The SBM will report into the Senior Director of Morning Brands & Portfolio Strategy.
