We are looking for a results-oriented, strategic Senior Brand Associate (Sr BA) to help lead our Blue Buffalo Life Protection Formula business. As the largest business within Blue Buffalo, the “LPF” team is tasked with leading the growth of the North American Pet Segment for General Mills. The Sr. BA will be the go-to analyst for the Dog Feeding brand team, in charge of weekly performance reporting, new item reporting, and leading the front-end analysis of strategic initiatives. Additionally, this role will lead Price Pack Architecture (PPA) execution for our team. You will partner with our commercial managers to ensure new sizes of Dry and Wet commercialize in market.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Experience with business analytics and project management
  • Familiarity with Nielsen Database
  • Strong willingness and ability to collaborate across functions to advance initiatives.
  • Consumer-first mindset

Responsibilities

  • Lead in-market results reporting and analysis for Dog Feeding, including SCANRS, new item performance tracking and competitive activity.
  • Partner with Brand Manager and Associate Brand Managers (ABMs) to provide ad hoc business analysis that uncovers insights and serves as the foundation for strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with Commercialization team to launch PPA (new sizes) projects across Dry and Wet Dog Feeding.
  • Support Brand Manager and ABMs in the construction of key Brand deliverables (i.e., Annual Plans, Sales materials, New Item Materials)
  • Partner with ABMs to develop growth strategies and lead execution across 4P’s, including recommendations to impact top and bottom-line drivers.
