About The Position

What Youll Do:
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and ad-hoc analysis
Create/extend semantic models (OLAP / dimensional) and reporting layers
Support data warehouse + ETL pipelines to ensure accurate, timely data
Write and optimize SQL (performance tuning, validation, troubleshooting)
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Improve data quality, documentation, and operational stability of BI products
Tech Environment:
Power BI (DAX, Paginated), Snowflake, SQL Server, PBRS, Power On, Data Warehousing, Semantic Model/Cube tooling

Requirements

• 10+ years BI / data warehousing / analytics / reporting systems experience
• 10+ years dimensional + OLAP data modeling experience
• Strong SQL skills (Snowflake + SQL Server) with query optimization
• DAX & SQL
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery skills
• Bachelors degree in CS/IS/CE (or equivalent experience)
• Power BI (Dashboards + Paginated Reports)
