As a key member of the worldwide Bayer HR Community, you will design and build new benefit solutions and technologies from a global perspective. You will establish and govern global policies, frameworks, and practices across a broad scope of benefit solutions. In key HR projects, you will provide expertise and support in the Employee Benefits and Total Rewards arena, translating the people strategy into fit-for-purpose solutions for our business and employees. You will collaborate with the Global Process Owner for Benefits to implement efficient and operable solutions, ensuring proper communication of benefits trends and initiatives.
