About The Position

As a Senior Benefits Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our benefits programs. Your expertise will drive the administration and analysis of employee benefits, ensuring that our offerings remain competitive and aligned with industry standards. You will report directly to our Benefits Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact employee satisfaction and retention by ensuring that our benefits programs are effectively administered, analyzed, and communicated. Your insights will help shape our benefits strategy, making a significant difference in the overall employee experience.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in benefits administration and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of US based benefits programs and regulations.
  • Proficiency in benefits analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to evaluate benefits effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and benefits administration software.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in benefits analysis or administration.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence decision-making.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in employee benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Conduct analysis and comparisons of benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to communicate benefits information effectively to employees.
