About The Position

EXL is hiring a Sr. AVP of Advertising Strategy & Operations to build and scale our new Advertising practice serving publishers, streamers, and AVOD platforms. The ideal leader will have a deep command of the ad-tech ecosystem with proven expertise in Ad Operations, Yield Optimization, and Revenue Platforms across both direct and programmatic environments. This role requires a demonstrated track record of leading Ad Operations or Ad Strategy teams at scale and translating client objectives into outcome-based solutions. You will be responsible for shaping the go-to-market strategy and driving technical and process innovation that is tightly integrated with EXL’s Data & AI capabilities. The position calls for a consultative approach, with the ability to understand the key drivers of client stakeholders, position EXL’s value proposition, and build long-term partnerships that expand revenue impact. Success in this role depends on both strategic vision and operational discipline, balancing innovation with the rigor needed to run a services business with clear SLAs, quality standards, and measurable client outcomes.
