About The Position

Stefanini Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Conferencing and Collaboration Engineer to support, evolve, and optimize our client"s global communication and collaboration environment. This role plays a key part in enabling seamless, reliable collaboration across the organization by serving as a technical expert in modern conferencing and collaboration technologies. The engineer will take ownership of core collaboration platforms, ensure operational excellence, and proactively evaluate new capabilities that enhance user experience and business productivity, partnering closely with IT teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in video conferencing and AV integration design, engineering, installation, and support.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Zoom and Microsoft Teams/Office 365.
• Strong understanding of networking, security protocols, and collaboration software.
• Familiarity with the integration of AI tools within communication and collaboration platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant certifications in collaboration technologies are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize collaboration platforms, including Zoom and Microsoft Teams/Office 365. Ensure the security and reliability of all collaboration infrastructure and applications. Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) for conferencing services to ensure optimal performance.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust video conferencing and Audio/Visual (AV) integration solutions. Manage hardware and installation vendors for new conference room setups and upgrades. Collaborate with various IT teams and stakeholders to integrate new solutions and address technical challenges.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new software, hardware, and processes to keep our collaboration ecosystem at the forefront of industry trends. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and technical specifications. Partner with communication teams to socialize new features and functionalities to the wider organization, including the adoption of AI within communication and collaboration services.
• Provide expert support and troubleshooting for all conferencing and collaboration technologies. Provide executive-level meeting support, ensuring flawless technical execution for high-profile engagements.
• Provide administration and support with digital signage systems, including content management and display technology.
