About The Position

This role will be based in Sunnyvale, CA, San Francisco, CA or New York, NY. At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. We are looking for a Strategic Finance Sr Associate who will partner closely with LTS R&D leaders to define product strategy, inform initiative prioritization, set business metrics targets, monitor metrics performance, proactively identify trends, and synthesize and communicate insights. The role is focused on our Enterprise Jobs product and is highly cross-functional, indexing heavily on operational rigor and execution against strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field AND minimum 3+ years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field OR equivalent experience.

  • Background in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy or growth role within a technology company
  • Natural problem-solver: Experience decomposing and solving real-world business problems, ideally using advanced Excel / SQL skills; able to both delve into the details and engage meaningfully on higher level strategy
