The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Senior Associate, Strategic Finance to help drive global financial planning, reporting, and decision support for LinkedIn Talent Solutions. This role sits within the Business Insights & Analysis team and partners closely with senior finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across Sales and Operations. The Senior Associate will play a key role in monthly close and forecasting cycles, global performance reporting, and developing clear, executive-ready business narratives. This position also contributes to ad hoc strategic initiatives and high-impact analyses. The role offers strong exposure to SaaS finance fundamentals, executive-level storytelling, and the operational dynamics of a global business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field AND minimum 3 years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field OR equivalent experience.
Nice To Haves

- Experience working with financial systems and SQL to query, manipulate, and reconcile large datasets

Responsibilities
- Strategic Thinking Operationalizes ideas and develops plans for execution with some support from more senior team members.

- Performance Management Access, transform, and synthesize data from cross-platform data sources and analyze to assess signals, trends, and risks.
- Executes ad hoc analyses to prove/disprove hypotheses and address ambiguous or complex business questions, deriving actionable insights from results.
