The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. Our G&A Strategic Finance team is seeking a highly analytical and driven Senior Associate to help drive strategy, reporting, and decision support for LinkedIn’s G&A functions with an emphasis on the GTO team (Global Talent Organization). This role will support the business in their efforts to empower employees to do the best work of their careers. This role offers strong exposure to senior leaders across GTO, Finance, and other cross functional teams. The Senior Associate will play a critical role in advancing GTO’s priorities by shaping strategy and translating key initiatives into clear, executive‑ready narratives. This role will develop data‑driven roadmaps for GTO initiatives, assess and optimize people‑focused programs and operations through performance insights, and support roadmap prioritization based on quantified impact. The ideal candidate can move seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution, drives results across senior stakeholders, takes strong ownership in navigating complex and technical problem spaces, and brings rigorous analytical thinking and strong business acumen to deliver measurable outcomes.
