We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Segment Marketing, Asset Owners to join our Client Marketing team. This role is located in New York.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of work experience required.
  • 2-5 years of related experience preferred; experience in the securities or financial services industry is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, approve expenses, and adhere to standard operating procedures.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to maintain and cultivate good working relationships with internal teams and business partners.
  • No direct people leadership required.

Responsibilities

  • Support and drive the development and execution of segment or client value-driven marketing content and go-to-market strategies for commercial segments.
  • Lead projects that support the implementation of complex segment marketing plans and execute day-to-day support and decisions leveraging client insights for targeted campaigns aligned with the firm's key initiatives.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external resources to support marketing activities, providing technical guidance, direction, and decision-making as needed.
  • Support the adoption of industry/segment trends, market climates, and competitive activities by executing adoption strategies, clearing blockers, and driving agreement with business partners to leverage opportunities.
