As a Sr. Associate, Sales & Marketing Analytics supporting the Sales Operation and Effectiveness team , you will be trusted to analyze sales and market trends, compile insights, lead projects, and develop impactful metrics and KPIs. You will be expected to build effective and meaningful relationships with business and technology teams to ensure accurate and complete reporting. Located in our Fort Worth, TX office. In this role, a typical day will include: Draft and document processes and formal development procedures Support, manage, and execute projects related to CRM and other Commercial Excellence systems, including leading, facilitating, and coordinating projects, testing, training, and system upgrades Partner with business and technology teams to ascertain system requirements, perform testing, and manage system techniques and controls Support local Commercial Excellence data integration and reporting needs by partnering with the larger analytics and data integration teams Represent the business unit to define requirements and business cases for technology developments Implement and manage administrative functions supporting sales force, such as territory alignment and monitoring sales efforts
