The associate in this role will serve as a key participant in the marketing delivery process. They will support prioritization of projects to maximize output with allocated staffing from partner teams, including creative agencies, content designers, and data analysts. This associate will partner with Enterprise teams and other stakeholders to develop and refine reports on delivery volume, project statuses, delays, and errors. Additionally, this associate will help identify and support implementation of process changes to increase speed to market, as well as adapting planning and prioritization as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in Process or Project Management

  • Masters or MBA degree
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem solving and influencing skills
  • Work experience achieving results with complex projects
  • Experience in Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification
  • Proficient in GSuite

Responsibilities

  • Working on projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and other stakeholders.
  • Designing, developing, and managing project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
  • Ensuring projects and process changes are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time.
  • Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent
  • Partnering cross-functionally to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive marketing delivery
  • Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
  • Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project / program efforts
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment.
  • Employ excellent communication and partnership skills, interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes
