Historically, specialized associates with specialized applications handled complex customer needs.Now, leveraging our real-time, cloud-based platforms, we're bringing intelligent experiences directly to customers and our frontline teams to resolve customer needs quickly, effortlessly, and cheaply. The Project Manager for Bank Operations plays a pivotal role in this transformation, collaborating with five product and engineering groups (10+ engineering teams and 10+ product managers) and four operations organizations (Bank Voice, Bank Operations, Customer Protection, Enterprise Payments) to identify and define strategic initiatives, track and report on their progress, coordinate with partner teams to ensure efficient and well-managed delivery, and challenge us to deliver business value across the ecosystem of Bank’s operations. Proficiency in Tableau, Jira, and Snowflake is required for this role.
