About the Team Our Network Authorization Data Product team is expanding as we modernize and integrate authorization data capabilities into the Capital One ecosystem. We are focused on strengthening real‑time data delivery, enhancing platform resiliency, and preparing the organization for future network innovation - all while maintaining disciplined risk management, observability, and global compliance standards. As a member of our team, you will lead a technology team to deliver initiatives that: Support the full authorization data lifecycle by bringing it inbound for transaction processing and delivering it downstream. Modernize authorization data pipelines and retire legacy systems through cloud‑native, event‑driven architectures. Standardize authorization data for secure, low‑latency and real time streaming with observability in consideration. Uphold compliance, security, and operational governance standards across mission‑critical authorization data flows. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
  • 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
  • 1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
