About The Position

Are you a passionate and results-oriented paid media expert ready to make a significant impact? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where innovation is key? We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Associate, Paid Media to lead and optimize our client's paid social media campaigns. Location: Applicants must be located in Chicago or New York City and be willing to work on-site. However, the role will be remote until further notice Contract Start: Mid-February Contract Term: 6 months Working Hours: 40 hours/week Compensation: $60/hr Benefits available. Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid social, with current, in-platform buying expertise. Recent, demonstrable experience is crucial.
  • A results-driven digital marketer with a proven track record of managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across leading platforms.
  • Looking to take ownership of the paid social media strategy and drive significant growth.
  • Proficiency in Sprinklr and major ad platforms (Meta, X, TikTok).
  • Strong analytical skills — you know how to spot trends, find efficiencies, and uncover opportunities.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and extracting meaningful insights.
  • Passion for innovation and staying on top of what’s next in paid social.
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Cross-functional collaborator who will partner with multiple teams to drive shared goals.
  • Deep understanding of in-platform buying strategies and optimization techniques
  • A proactive communicator who raises questions early and manages up effectively.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable taking initiative and figuring things out in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Self-sufficient and adaptable, able to work collaboratively but independently execute.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Meta Business Manager, Twitter Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Manage all aspects of campaign lifecycle, from strategy and budget allocation to execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Leverage your in-platform buying expertise to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends and incorporating innovative tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, identify key insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Take ownership of our paid social media strategy and drive significant growth.
