As a key member of Lyraâs legal team, you will be instrumental in supporting the department's expanding operations and furthering Lyraâs mission to provide mental health solutions to employers nationwide. You will be responsible for building scalable processes that enhance the efficiency and operational excellence of the commercial contracting team and the broader legal department. A core aspect of this role involves optimizing and managing legal technology systems. This includes leveraging and maximizing the capabilities of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool, Ironclad, as well Salesforce, ServiceNow and other management systems. The successful candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven professional with a minimum of ten years of experience working with CLM tools and legal technology systems. You must be proactive, customer service-oriented, and capable of operating autonomously with limited day-to-day oversight. This role requires the ability to adapt to shifting priorities, business drivers, and organizational needs, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while executing effectively and collaborating proactively with various cross-functional teams.
