About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Associate, Finance Transformation to join our Finance Transformation team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance Transformation, this role will be focused on execution — playing a critical, hands-on role in building a best-in-class finance function for a global shared service center. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, tech-savvy self-starter who is eager to learn, not afraid to get their hands dirty, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. They will embrace AI and its transformative potential within the Finance & Accounting function and bring an execution-first mindset to everything they do. First Priority: The immediate focus for this role will be supporting the development and deployment of a standardized cash operations process across the member firm network. This includes building out workflows, creating implementation toolkits, and partnering with member firms to drive adoption and improve cash conversion cycles, cash reporting, and cash forecasting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within a large corporate, shared service center, or high-growth environment
  • A doer mentality — you take ownership, execute with urgency, and don't wait to be told what to do next
  • Demonstrated ability to document processes and develop clear, user-friendly SOPs
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, automation, and emerging finance technologies
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working across teams and levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to tools such as NetSuite, Numeric, Trovata, Databricks, Notion, or similar platforms a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and implementation of a standardized, best-practice cash operations process for deployment across the member firm network
  • Conduct current-state assessments of cash operations practices at member firms and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Build out comprehensive implementation toolkits including SOPs, templates, training materials, and key performance metrics
  • Partner directly with member firm teams to drive adoption and ensure successful rollout
  • Track and measure impact on cash conversion cycles and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) across the network
  • Work cross-functionally across the Finance & Accounting function to conduct current-state assessments and gap analyses, identifying opportunities to implement best practices
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive SOP library, working directly with task owners to ensure documentation is accurate, standardized, and complete
  • Play an active, hands-on role in the implementation and build-out of new financial systems and tools
  • Support end-user adoption across the Finance & Accounting team through training, documentation, and ongoing support
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI-driven solutions to eliminate manual effort and improve data accuracy
  • Collaborate with operational teams across the organization to ensure the Finance & Accounting function is aligned with firm-level initiatives and changes
  • Partner with firm stakeholders to enhance financial reporting and metrics, delivering timely and actionable insights that support better business decision-making
  • Support multiple concurrent transformation workstreams, managing assigned tasks with clear timelines and accountability
  • Anticipate roadblocks and take initiative to resolve issues before they escalate
  • Prepare project updates and materials for senior leadership
