Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world. YOUR ROLEAs a Finance Transformation Specialist, you will lead and support transformation initiatives across Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Order to Cash (O2C)—with expertise in at least two of these towers. You will work closely with client stakeholders, cross‑functional teams, and leadership to design, execute, and govern end‑to-end transformation programs.This role requires deep functional knowledge, strong transformation execution skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or related fields.
  • 12–15 years of finance transformation or related experience.
  • Experience in shared services, consulting, or global process organizations.
  • Strong expertise in at least two towers: RTR, P2P, OTC.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred certifications: Lean Six Sigma, ACCA, CPA, CMA, CIMA (not mandatory).

Responsibilities

  • Lead diagnostics, process assessments, and standardization efforts across 2+ finance towers.
  • Convert business requirements into transformation roadmaps, process improvements, and digital solutions.
  • Support implementation of automation, workflow enhancements, analytics dashboards, and ERP improvements (SAP/Oracle).
  • Build business cases, perform benefit modeling, and validate proposed solutions.
  • Ensure alignment with finance controls, audit standards, compliance, and global frameworks (DGEM).
