About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Sr. Associate, Field Marketing to drive the implementation of our marketing strategy within the Healthcare and Health Insurance (Payor) sectors. This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary role that serves as the executional backbone of our North American industry regional marketing team. As Sales’ Marketing Business partner, you will play a critical support role between marketing and sales. Supporting our Regional Marketing lead for Healthcare, you have a solid understanding of the business, and collaborate across marketing to create, execute, and measure high impact programs that drive demand and business goal achievement.. While your primary focus is Healthcare, you will also provide critical execution support for other key industries as capacity allows.

Requirements

  • Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant B2B Marketing experience.
  • Industry Familiarity: Knowledge of B2B marketing within the Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Health Insurance space is highly preferred.
  • Technical Stack: Proven ability to use Salesforce (SFDC), project management, marketing and Gen AI tools.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: An enthusiastic, well-organized professional who can manage multiple marketing programs simultaneously, operate with a healthy amount of ambiguity, and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Marketo, Workfront, Adobe Express, and Google Gemini (or other LLM for genAI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Event Logistics & Management: Own the tactical execution for major healthcare events like The Workday Exchange for BCBS Organizations and niche events like virtual focus groups. This includes managing booth spaces, project managing overall execution of events, AV requirements, hospitality, and promotional materials.
  • Content Coordination: Facilitate high-touch workflows for industry assets, such as the Healthcare Summit Award videos—managing speaker outreach, talk tracks, and vendor edits. Ensuring content is aligned with Industry Solution Marketing will be key to driving desired outcomes.
  • Sales Enablement: Act as a key resource for Regional Sales Directors (RSDs); refresh sales content slides, create "Know Before You Go" (KBYG) playbooks, and lead internal briefing calls.
  • Digital Support: Use Adobe Express to create social graphics and copy for the Healthcare LinkedIn showcase page to drive registrations and engagement.
  • Lead Management: Own the post-event list upload process. You will format complex lists into SFDC/Marketo templates and submit them via Workfront to ensure rapid sales follow-up.
  • Performance Tracking: Set measurable goals for each event or program, track and share progress to optimize ROI on marketing programs.
  • Procurement & Finance: Lead the PO process and vendor management. You will navigate internal systems to ensure contracts are submitted, tracked, and approved on time.
  • Flex Support: Provide tactical assistance for industry webinars and conferences, including self-service requests and ancillary event research.
  • On-Site Representation: Travel 2–3 times per year to support major industry events. You will assist with on-site logistics, team coordination, and ensuring a seamless brand experience.
