The Role JLL's Senior Associate, Marketing position provides strategic marketing services to our geographic-based businesses. This position works as a team, in conjunction with regional and national leadership, to plan and execute marketing strategies for the New York Tri-State region, positioning JLL competitively in the commercial real estate industry. The role requires the ability to contribute on strategy development, planning, and execution of high-performing marketing programs in close coordination with local business leaders, national business line marketers, and partners across Research, Sales Enablement, Technology, Brand, Campaign, Digital, and Creative teams. The Senior Associate translates approved strategy into high quality execution across earned, owned, and paid media. The Senior Associate will execute marketing plans that support revenue goals across multiple aspects of the commercial brokerage business, with a strong focus on B2B storytelling, brand consistency, and client-centric content. The role supports local internal employee engagement in partnership with local and national leadership, balancing internal and external communications while maintaining brand standards and cultural alignment. The Senior Associate must be professional, highly organized, detail oriented, and a self-starter with the ability to operate independently within a defined strategic direction. The role requires strong creative judgment, an eye for design, the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, and excellent project management, communication, and technology skills in a fast paced, high impact sales environment.
