We are seeking a passionate and data-driven Experimentation Project Manager to join our dynamic Retail Bank Marketing team. In our fast-paced marketing environment, teams across all channels are eager to leverage data to drive decisions. This role will be the central hub for our entire marketing experimentation program, serving as a primary subject matter expert and cross-functional collaborator. Our goal is to establish experimentation as a cornerstone of our marketing strategy. This individual will be the steward of that mission, building the processes and roadmap necessary for success. More importantly, this role will be the chief storyteller, responsible for delivering the narrative of our learnings. You will be tasked with synthesizing results from across the marketing landscape to answer critical questions: What have we done? What’s working and what’s not? And most importantly, how will these learnings evolve our strategy as we move forward?
