What You Will Achieve The Energy Engineer supports the company’s Net Zero Program by driving measurable energy and emissions reductions across site utilities and infrastructure. This role is accountable for energy performance monitoring (EnPI) , Clockworks analytics , and execution of Net Zero Master Plan , while ensuring delivery of the annual 3.5% energy reduction target through data-driven projects, continuous improvement, and operational optimization. The Energy Engineer serves as the technical bridge between site operations, corporate Net Zero strategy, and digital energy platforms—turning data into actionable energy reduction outcomes. This role is critical to: Achieving site and corporate Net Zero targets Sustaining 3.5% year-over-year energy reduction Improving reliability and performance of utility systems Turning energy data into measurable financial and carbon benefits This position will be supporting Sanford and Rocky Mount, NC facilities.
