Duties: Wire entry into banking system AP data entry into ERP system Special Handling Review for wires (manipulating excel spreadsheet) Review (invoice, expense, self-review of wire entry) Chrome River Rejects (manipulating excel spreadsheet) Projects assigned by Senior/Supervisor
Requirements
- 1-2 yrs Accounts Payable exp
- Well organized
- Works well with others
- Good communication, written and oral
- Self-starter
- Detail oriented
- Adapts well to change
- Basic excel (Should be able to manipulate spreadsheets)
- Problem solving
Responsibilities
