About The Position

Join Virginia Housing and help make a difference as a Sr. Asset Manager This important role will protect Virginia Housing’s security in properties in the multifamily portfolio through the effective financial and physical oversight of the properties and their operations. It promotes the availability of quality, affordable housing through the effective monitoring of the properties and their management. The successful candidate will support a portfolio of properties within the state of Virginia. Virginia Housing is one of the nation’s leading housing finance agencies. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Several years of experience in portfolio and/or relationship management
Strong knowledge of financial analysis, multifamily real estate, and property management practices
Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
A valid driver’s license
A background and motor vehicle check will be performed as a condition of employment.
A Conflict-of-Interest Act Disclosure form and Secondary Employment Disclosure form will need to be completed as a condition of employment.
