The Energy & Minerals Management Group (EMM Group) comprises 15 professionals, including certified professional landmen, oil and gas attorneys, and petroleum engineers, with over 120 years of collective industry experience. This team manages over 20,000 oil, gas, and mineral interests, offering services such as annual performance reviews, investment oversight, lease negotiation, risk mitigation, investment proposal evaluation, expense monitoring, technical evaluations, title research, revenue collection, and ad valorem tax review. The Sr. Asset Manager is responsible for managing special assets held in trusts, estates, and agency accounts. This includes taking possession of assets, coordinating their management, evaluating investment potential, recommending investment policies, and assisting in or handling sales when necessary. The role often involves highly sensitive account situations and requires a high degree of technical knowledge. The position also provides engineering, geological, and other technical advice and recommendations to the EMM Group for managing oil, gas, and mineral assets, including preparing net income projections, reviewing joint interest billings, reviewing authority for expenditures (AFEs), and providing election recommendations.
