About The Position

Oversee and manage multiple construction projects to ensure timely and within-budget completion. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of safety and excellence. Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations. Assign and motivate job superintendents and paving foremen for the various projects. Have daily communication to monitor progress, schedule, costs and resources. Suggest or recommend any potential cost savings measures Analyze project performance and implement improvements for efficiency.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years in Construction Management.
• 5+ years experience working with NYSDOT preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Solid communications skills, both oral and written.
