This opportunity is with the Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) mission area, Product Support sub-mission area of Raytheon directly supporting the Missiles, Airborne and SeaPower (MA&S) product area portfolio. In this role, the candidate will support the Program Supply Chain Lead MPM in all aspects of program supply chain execution for various programs. As a Material Program Manager (MPM) In this highly visible role you’re a self-starter, capable of working independently and as part of a team responsible for creation and execution of Material Program Plans (MPP) to ensure the flawless execution of programs from the front end of the business through contract closure, ensuring adherence to policies, practices, and procedures.

Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field
• Minimum of 2 years prior relevant Supply Chain experience
• Experience with Supply Chain strategies, processes, and procedures.
• Ability to Travel Domestically/Internationally, as required.

Nice To Haves

• Analytical skills required to evaluate end-to-end planning and identify constraints, risks and opportunities.
• Experience working with Risk and Opportunity Management
• Experience with SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skillset (i.e. pivot tables, filters, advanced formulas, macros, automation, MS Office Integration, etc.)
• Internal Candidates: MPM Level 4, PM Level 7.
• EVMS and CORE Certs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead MPM in developing, managing, and executing the MPS (Material Program Strategy) and the MPP (Material Program Plan) to enable successful execution of program performance to customer requirements, from the front end of the business through contract closure.
• Generate various supply chain reports, analyze data, plan and take meaningful actions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Program Office, Engineering, Quality and Logistics, Operations to resolve part and supplier complications.
• Monitor performance metrics and proactively act to address program and functional issues.
• Manage customer contract On-Time-Delivery (OTD) requirements.
• Provide accurate Program SCM input for EACs
• Prepare and present (verbal and written) to key stakeholders.
• Weekly material sales forecasting.
