Sr. Analyst, Sales Operations The Anaplan team is looking for a high-energy GTM Operations professional to help us accelerate revenue growth and achieve new heights of operational excellence. This role will be responsible for designing/executing world-class processes, resolving pain points for our sales organization, and streamlining the way we get work done. The desired candidate will bring a high level of energy and internal motivation to everything they do. They will be excited by the opportunity to solve problems and streamline processes. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ Years working in Operations, Finance or Business-related roles in the technology industry
  • High proficiency with Excel and/or other data analytics software
  • Natural learner of technical tools – experience with Salesforce, Anaplan, Tableau is preferred, but not required (but must be willing to learn quickly once on the job)
  • Innate desire and demonstrated ability to create repeatable, scalable processes
  • Demonstrated interest in applying AI tools to solve operational and GTM problems
  • High level of self-motivation and flexibility to deal with urgent tasks and changing priorities
  • Prior experience in Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or Revenue Operations is highly desired

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales Operations Business Partners to create, instrument, and document a standardized model for operational excellence across the Americas theater
  • Interact with Sales, Ops, and other stakeholders to address high-priority operational needs (account alignment, deal split management, data extraction and analysis, etc.)
  • Support annual territory and quota design processes
  • Create streamlined and automated processes for handling repetitive tasks
  • Identify and test ways of leveraging AI tools to increase Ops and GTM productivity
