About The Position

The Sr Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Data, Reporting & Analytics creates standard and ad hoc reporting that is accurate, timely, and aligned to business needs. This position has been segmented as Remote Anywhere meaning the work is completed 100% remote anywhere in the U.S. except Hawaii or United States Territories.

Requirements

• 3 years of financial planning, analytics and process improvement experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance-related field
• MBA or MS in Finance-related field
• Experience managing financial systems (e.g. Peoplesoft, Hyperion, Anaplan), experience with Anaplan

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standardized reports and visualizations to support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews.
• Collect, validate, and structure financial and operational data from multiple sources to support accurate reporting.
• Analyze financial performance and key business drivers to provide meaningful commentary and insights.
• Perform periodic checks and controls on data quality, including validation of reporting parameters, hierarchies, and business dimensions.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from Finance, Business Units, or Executive Management, balancing speed with accuracy.
• Provide recommendations for improving reporting processes, including report rationalization, automation opportunities, and visualization standards.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
