About The Position

Job Description Essential Functions & Responsibilities Evaluate and conduct on-site assessments for new lines, product extensions and new equipment. Evaluate and improve existing business tools to drive efficiency in the onboarding processes Support commercialization activities Monitor, track and report corrective actions and timing of follow ups from each assessment Review copacker HACCP plans for compliance to Kraft Heinz External Manufacturers Food Safety & Quality Expectations manual Communicate business risk to cross functional business partners Schedule and lead Platinum Rule phone assessments Communicate business risk to cross functional business partners Factory, EM or Supplier Assessment (e.g., QRMP, Platinum/Golden Rules) or Audit Support Expected Experience & Required Skills Quality experience within food or CPG preferred Plant quality experience in one or multiple food factories Regulatory Compliance familiarity with USDA, FDA or CFIA preferred Food Safety / Microbiology preferred Understanding of the procurement processes Our Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz’ strategy and values. New Hire Base Salary Range: $89,800.00 - $112,200.00 Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents. Requirements

  • Quality experience within food or CPG preferred
  • Plant quality experience in one or multiple food factories
  • Regulatory Compliance familiarity with USDA, FDA or CFIA preferred
  • Food Safety / Microbiology preferred
  • Understanding of the procurement processes
