The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team: Enterprise Services Procurement and Program Services (ES P&PS) is a centralized supply chain service organization that provides end-to-end supply chain and program services focused to meet the material and services procurement and customs needs of our consumers; ensures 100% compliant execution of stakeholder requirements, procurement transactions, and global imports and exports. ES P&PS is seeking a strong candidate to join our energetic and fast-paced Cadence Team as a Sr Analyst, Procurement. The Cadence Team is responsible for a core set of suppliers and performs follow up actions on open purchase orders. These actions will require a strong work ethic, advanced interpersonal skills, critical thought on problem solving, and the ability to effectively work in a hybrid environment to achieve goal metrics. This position requires the ability to lead without authority and knowledge of the procurement cycle that includes tangible deliverables and intangible services.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field
• Experience with SAP, APEX, PRISM, ARIBA, & SRM
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe

• CORE Apprentice and/or Champion Certification
• Experience managing workload and prioritizing tasks
• Attention to detail and focus on data accuracy and analysis
• Experience working with stakeholders that support the procurement to pay process

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure SAP reflects the latest status, delivery dates, and facilitate the Procurement to Pay process.
• Maintain performance metrics for assigned suppliers on past due deliveries, supplier purchase order acknowledgements, and status updates.
• Manage stakeholder escalations on corrective actions and delivery expedites.
